MySEOScore provides AI-powered SEO analysis tools, including website crawling, SEO scoring, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, backlink monitoring, content optimization, and AI-assisted recommendations.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Google Search Console Integration

If you connect Google Search Console, you authorize us to access your search performance data in read-only mode. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or through the MySEOScore dashboard.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by MySEOScore. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your website content or analysis results.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEO recommendations are generated by AI and should be reviewed before implementation. We do not guarantee specific search engine ranking results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySEOScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
